Job Description

Position Summary:

The Office Account Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of Tharindu Car Sale. This position is responsible for managing office accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Office Account Manager will collaborate with team members to support overall office operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial data integrity. Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements as required.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support overall office operations. Collaborate with sales and administrative staff as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and office operations.

Qualifications:

• O/L & A/L Passed.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of account management principles.
• Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resides in or around Kalagedihena, Nittambuwa, Yakkala, Veyangoda, or Gampaha.
