Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand our customer base.
• Lead, motivate, and train sales staff (if applicable) to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay informed about industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with others such as marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Represent Tharindu Car Sale at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential customers.

Qualifications:

• O/L & A/L Passed.
• Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.
